Shipping policy
ATHLET is committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines shipping charges, payment restrictions, delivery timelines, and return-related logistics conditions.
1. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders with a total order value below ₹500.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes.
A ₹100 COD handling charge is applicable on all COD orders to cover cash collection and logistics costs.
3. Prepaid Order Restrictions
Orders with a total value above ₹5,000 must be prepaid. COD is not available for such orders under any circumstances.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Delays may occur during sales periods, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
A flat return shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable on every approved return request. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns are therefore not free of charge.
7. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the applicable return conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
ATHLET may require customers to provide photos of the product as part of the return verification process.
Products that are used, damaged, washed, altered, or returned without the required tags or original packaging may not be eligible for return, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

ATHLET reserves the right to restrict shipping or COD availability for certain locations, pin codes, or products.
