ATHLET aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return practices.
1. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Innerwear, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Approval Process
All return requests are subject to verification. ATHLET reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Refund & Processing Charges
In case of approved returns or refunds, a processing fee of ₹100 or 2% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction covers payment gateway and operational costs.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery, along with images for verification.
