1. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders with a total order value below ₹500.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes.
A ₹100 COD handling charge is applicable on all COD orders to cover cash collection and logistics costs.

3. Prepaid Order Restrictions

Orders with a total value above ₹5000 must be prepaid. COD is not available for such orders under any circumstances.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location. Delays may occur during sales periods, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
