Returns/Refunds/Exchange/Shipping Policy


We offer NO refund. However, you have the option of exchanging your product for another product of the same value or of a higher value.

Refund is available only for the limited cases where the item purchased (PRE-PAID) is out of stock and cannot be exchanged or In the event that you received a damaged product from our end. 


  • If you have received a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for it. We are more than willing to help you out. Reach us at
  • Customer will have to provide a video while opening the package and images of the package and product.
  • We will issue a refund or a replacement, whatever the customer prefers.
  • Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.

Exchange & Returns


  • We offer one time size exchange only, at the moment. We will exchange your product for the required size.
  • If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we will provide a store credit upon return.
  • We are more than willing to help you with our personalized guidance on sizing. Our team is always available. Please do refer to our size chart for confirmation on sizes before ordering. 
  • Exchanges can also only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.


We do not accept exchange or return of products sold on discounts.

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us.

Our Return Policy is applicable only in cases where the product received by you is defective.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and will be only accepted in the original packaging and tag labels.

Any item that is damaged, soiled or altered is not accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It is mandatory to include the invoice copy along with the returning package/ item. In case you do not have the invoice copy, contact Customer Support for invoice related query.

If we deem the product not defective but the customer still insists on a return, then the product will be returned along with a deduction of 10% from the total order amount at the time of refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a period of 30 days.

All returns must be authorized by us. Once it is authorized, you will have to ship the products back to us at your expense.

We can also arrange the return pickup but the charges shall be borne by the customer.

If you are eligible for refund, as per this Policy, then the refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility.

The refunded amount will be transferred, as per RBI rules, within 30 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.


Cancellation is only applicable in cases where your order has not been shipped and is subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount.

In cases covered by the Cancellation Policy, you will receive a refund within 30 business days.

If your Order has already been shipped, then it is not eligible to be cancelled, and will be governed by the contents contained in the heading ‘Returns’.


For every order we package, we record a video while packaging for internal control and customer satisfaction purposes. 


We accept online payments as well as COD.

COD is only available for orders with total amount between Rs. 500 – Rs. 3000 /- and for certain Pin Codes.

COD option will be available at checkout if the above conditions are met.

All online payments are handled through PayU Money. PayU Money accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cum Debit Cards, Net Banking Payments, Cash Cards, Digital and Mobile Wallets, and Mobile Payments. 


We provide shipping all over India.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once dispatched, the customers will be notified about the status of their shipment along with a tracking link through mail and/or phone. The order will be delivered to the customer within 12 business days.

Our logistics partner is Shiprocket. All deliveries are handled by them. Shiprocket has the following courier partners: Fedex, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex, Holisol, Xpressbees, DTDCPlus, Fedex Surface.
